    For the past 11 years I have been a customer at Eyelines Burnie. The level of professionalism, genuine care and standards have not merely been good, they have been outstanding. From the initial phone call to book an appointment right till I have received my glasses, the standards have been excellent. As a rule I have always seen Jill Shepherd, today she was not there and I saw Andrew, professional, unhurried and happy to listen to my concerns. Those are rare qualities in today's frenetic world where especially and sadly, the medical and allied professions are dominated by monetary/time emphasis. This is an excellent well run business providing a quality service that I doubt one would experience in a big city. Thank you all so much, please stay just the way you all are.
